Madeleines & Steamed Dumplings



















I went MIA for a few months, but I have returned! I am so excited about the pictures in this post because I used a new camera lens that has a much larger aperture than my previous lens—this is kinda my first lens where I have to manually adjust the aperture and focus for each photo; my other lens was more of a point-and-shoot.
My mom made madeleines and steamed ramp and meat (a mixture of pork and beef) dumplings from scratch, and she was in the process of making sablé cookies, so that's what's depicted above.
